HO Racing Association of St. Louis!
We are a group of HO slot racers based in the St. Louis area that use the original Aurora ThunderJet as the basis for our racing. We offer instruction and assistance for everyone from beginners to seasoned veterans. We hold races every Monday night. There are currently 11 different venues on the schedule. Tracks range from a 6-lane monster (aptly named "The Snakepit") made entirely from original Aurora Lock & Joiner (T-Jet track), large 6-lane AFX/Tomy, modular MaxxTracks, one piece custom routed layouts and for nostalgia buffs, a renovated original Aurora "Tub track""with a custom CNC routed insert layout and a Bowman built FRAY track too!. We have banked ovals, small dirt-style ovals, tri-ovals, a 4-lane figure 8 and road courses that no two are alike! Three HO scale drag strips are also in operation. The Drag Strips are different lengths (ranging from true HO scale 1/8th mile and 1/4th mile in 64th scale).

This site is updated periodically, not DAILY, so please be patient, last updated on December 3, 2016. Our hobby is slot car racing, not web site maintenance. Best advice is to call ahead before heading to race venue to make sure last minute changes have not been made if you are new to HORA or would like to come out to watch, visit or race! Visitors and guest are ALWAYS welcome. We have loaner cars available for new comers. The "code" on race night is, if you see a checkered flag flying outside or sign on the door, then come on in, no need to knock or ring the bell. Follow the noise to the track (in all cases but one, we're downstairs).
